Each of our carpets is unique. If you add one to your cart and do not purchase it immediately, someone else may. These beautiful carpets have come from the countries of origin where they have lived in private homes, tents, mudbrick villages, cities, palaces and cottages. They have all been used and they all have much life left in them to be shared and cherished.
True Color
In order to see the true color of the carpets as best you can we recommend that you look at the pictures on several different monitors if at all possible. All of the carpets were photographed in natural light. Once you see the carpets in your home you will notice that every carpet subtly changes in every room and the color changes depending on the angle of light. Therefore look on several monitors as they will give you a hint of the possible variations in tone which you may see.

Oriental Rug & Carpet offers Free Shipping and Delivery via UPS Basic Ground to residences within the continental US and Canada. Normally these orders take 2-3 days to process and orders usually arrive within 5-8 days of placing your order.

After you have placed a successful order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped you will receive another confirmation with the UPS tracking number. You may use that information to log in at the UPS website to track your shipment.
Returns
A carpet or kilim purchased from Oriental Rug & Carpet may be returned within 2 weeks of purchase. A 10% restocking fee is applicable. The customer will pay return shipping costs. Please contact us before shipping. All carpets or kilims returned will be inspected upon arrival for any signs of soil, wear or damage and may be refused or cause you to incur additional fees.
